Bulk Orders cho Đơn vị, Nhà phân phối và Đại lý

UATAC works with bulk orders for units, volunteer foundations and dealers. There is no fixed wholesale price list: pricing is calculated per request, because we are a full-cycle manufacturer rather than a warehouse of finished batches.

Why we do not publish a wholesale price list

An order for a hundred sets in one camouflage and an even size run goes into a single cutting operation and carries one cost. The same volume spread across colours, generations and sizes means several cuttings, retooling and different lead times — and a different cost.

A table saying «from 100 units, minus X percent» would look neat and be dishonest: it would overprice some orders and underprice others. So we quote against the actual request.

What to include so you get an answer straight away

Information Why we need it
Items and item numbers The exact model and generation, not just «trousers»
Quantity broken down by size Determines the number of cuttings and the lead time
One colour for the batch A single colour is faster and cheaper to produce
Target delivery date So we quote a real date rather than a best case
Payment method Bank transfer with full documentation for organisations

What drives the lead time

Two things dominate: availability of fabric in the required colour, and the production load at the moment of the request. Our manager quotes a realistic date accounting for both, not an optimistic one.

If the deadline is critical, say so at the start. Sometimes it is better to build the batch from colours currently in stock than to wait for one specific pattern.

Working with dealers

Dealer terms are discussed separately: volume, order frequency, region, marketing support. That is a longer conversation than a one-off purchase, and it starts with a message to our team rather than with a button on the site.

Common mistakes in a request

  1. Writing «we need trousers, what is the wholesale price» with no model, quantity or sizes.
  2. Spreading the order across colours when the task does not require it.
  3. Naming a deadline of «yesterday»: full-cycle production does not work that way.
  4. Planning a winter purchase in November, when fabric is already allocated.
  5. Leaving the payment method and required documents until the end.

What we do not do in bulk

We do not manufacture body armour, plate carriers or footwear — those are separate engineering fields with their own certification. We also do not take on batches at prices that cannot cover the declared materials: going cheaper would mean substituting fabric or hardware, and we do not do that.

Frequently asked questions

Does UATAC offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we work with bulk orders for units, foundations and dealers. Pricing is calculated per request, since volume, items, colours and size distribution all affect cost.

What is the minimum batch?

It depends on the items and the colour. Send a list with quantities and we will tell you whether it qualifies as wholesale and on what terms.

Do you work with units by bank transfer?

Yes, with a full set of documents. It is a separate process handled by our manager.

How long does a bulk order take to produce?

It depends on fabric availability in the required colour and current production load. We quote a realistic date after assessing the request.

Can we get a sample before a large purchase?

That is decided case by case — write to us with the model, colour and the volume you are planning.
