Shipping Methods

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard international shipping on orders over $250.
For orders under $250, a flat shipping fee of $40 will apply.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries where permitted by law and where delivery services are available.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Door-to-Door Delivery

We provide door-to-door delivery to the address specified at checkout.
Orders are delivered by trusted international carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DPD and Nova Global.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete to avoid delays and ensure successful delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Period

You can return any item purchased on uatac.shop within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unusedunwashed, and undamaged
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include manualsreceipt, and return authorization
  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Not be expired (for applicable products)

Only products purchased directly from the UATAC online store are eligible.
Products bought from other retailers must follow their own return policies.

We accept returns only from the country and to the shipping address where the order was originally sent.

How to Start a Return

For any type of return (full or partial), please:
