Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, returning or exchanging is simple.

You can return any item purchased on uatac.shop within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

📌 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Be in their original packaging
Include manuals, receipt, and return authorization
Be returned within 30 days of receipt
Not be expired (for applicable products)

Only products purchased directly from the UATAC online store are eligible.
Products bought from other retailers must follow their own return policies.

We accept returns only from the country and to the shipping address where the order was originally sent.

ℹ️ A 15% restocking fee may apply.

📦 How to Start a Return

For any type of return (full or partial), please:

Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return
Follow the return instructions we send you
Ship the item back to us

💡 Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, and no later than 30 days after receiving the order

Once we receive your return:

We will initiate your refund promptly
Refunds are issued using the original payment method
In most cases, refunds are processed within 14 days
We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received

Was incorrect

Attach photos or videos if possible

Let you know if a return is necessary
If not, we’ll process a refund based on the provided evidence
If a return is required, the refund will be processed upon receiving the item

Want a different size, color, or model?

Place a new order for the desired item
Return the original product
Once received, we will refund the returned item

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Orders held at customs or left unclaimed are non-refundable

🧾 Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery, with no obligation to provide a reason.
To do so, send us a clear notice of withdrawal via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

⚠️ Customer Liability

If the returned item shows signs of handling beyond what's necessary to verify its nature and function, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund.
