Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, returning or exchanging is simple.

Return Period

You can return any item purchased on uatac.shop within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include manuals, receipt, and return authorization

  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt

  • Not be expired (for applicable products)

Only products purchased directly from the UATAC online store are eligible.
Products bought from other retailers must follow their own return policies.

We accept returns only from the country and to the shipping address where the order was originally sent.

How to Start a Return

For any type of return (full or partial), please:

  1. Contact us via info@uatac.shop, phone, or WhatsApp (details on the Contact page)

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return

  3. Follow the return instructions we send you

  4. Ship the item back to us

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, and no later than 30 days after receiving the order

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will initiate your refund promptly

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

  • In most cases, refunds are processed within 14 days

  • We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received

Partial Refunds

If you're returning only part of your order:

  • Let us know which items and quantities you're returning

  • We will process a partial refund once we receive those items

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your item:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Was incorrect

  • Or was missing components —

Please:

  • Describe the issue in detail

  • Attach photos or videos if possible

We will:

  • Let you know if a return is necessary

  • If not, we’ll process a refund based on the provided evidence

  • If a return is required, the refund will be processed upon receiving the item

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or model?

  1. Place a new order for the desired item

  2. Return the original product

  3. Once received, we will refund the returned item

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Orders held at customs or left unclaimed are non-refundable

Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery, with no obligation to provide a reason.
To do so, send us a clear notice of withdrawal via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Customer Liability

If the returned item shows signs of handling beyond what's necessary to verify its nature and function, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund.
