Delivery
To provide the best service to our customers, we ship all domestic orders via NOVA POST.
For international orders, we use Nova Post, INPOST, Fedex, DHL. You can check the possible delivery methods to your country by clicking here, as well as by selecting your country when placing an order.
Please note that although we offer expedited delivery via Nova POST, orders that are in stock are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering are automatically placed in backorder status and shipped when they become available. Orders will be shipped in installments unless otherwise specified by the client. The client is responsible for all shipping costs.

In case your package is held at customs due to unpaid fees, it is your responsibility to pay the required taxes or duties. If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs or additional fees may be deducted from your refund.
