International Shipping, Duties and Returns

UATAC ships worldwide from Ukraine. Shipping is free on orders from 250 USD; below that a flat rate of 40 USD applies. Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and dispatched the next business day after processing. Duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.

What actually determines how long it takes

Buyers usually look at one number, the delivery estimate. In practice the total is three separate stages: order processing at our warehouse, export from Ukraine, and customs clearance plus last-mile delivery in your country. Only the first stage is fully under our control.

Every order is checked before dispatch — model, generation, colour and size. Multicam, Multicam Black and Black get confused in correspondence regularly, and a mistake on an international order costs far more than a day of processing: it means a return across borders.

Delivery times by region

Region Estimated time Typical
Europe 3–20 business days around 8 days
Middle East 3–20 business days around 8 days
Asia 10–25 business days around 17 days
Africa 10–30 business days around 17 days
Oceania 10–30 business days around 18 days
North America 8–30 business days around 20 days
South America 10–30 business days around 22 days

These are business days and they start after processing, not from the moment you click pay.

Duties and taxes

Prices on the site do not include duties or import taxes of the destination country. They are assessed by your local customs and paid by the recipient when the parcel is released. The amount depends on the value of the goods and the rules of your country, so it is worth checking your duty-free threshold before ordering.

One consequence people rarely think about: if a parcel is not collected because duties were left unpaid and it returns to us, the cost of that return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Payment

Payment goes through Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. Ukrainian domestic orders run on a separate store, uatac.ua, with local delivery and payment methods that do not exist in an international checkout — which is exactly why the two stores are kept apart.

Returns for international orders

You have 30 days from receipt to return an item, provided it has not been worn or washed and the original packaging is intact. Returns are accepted from the same country the order was shipped to. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

If the reason is a defect or an error in what we packed, the cost is on us.

Common mistakes

  1. Placing an international order on the Ukrainian site.
  2. Not budgeting for duties when planning the purchase.
  3. Counting the estimate in calendar days rather than business days.
  4. Giving an incomplete address — couriers do not deliver to poste restante.
  5. Ordering without checking whether we ship to your country.

What is outside our control

Customs processing, the size of assessed duties and border delays. We are responsible for correct picking, timely dispatch and documentation, not for how quickly your customs authority releases a parcel. If a shipment stalls, write to us and we will chase it from our side with the carrier.
