Write to us with the item number and the size you need — we will check whether it is in production and give you a realistic date. The site shows current warehouse stock; a missing size does not mean the model has been discontinued.
Why your size ran out first
We are a full-cycle manufacturer and produce in batches: a cutting run is set up for a specific fabric and colour. Common sizes such as M and L sell through faster than the extremes, so gaps appear in the size run long before the batch as a whole is gone.
The second reason is seasonality. Winter items thin out in autumn, light items in spring. Looking for a winter jacket in December gives you a lower chance of a full size run than looking in September.
What to do right now
- Send us the item number, size and colour.
- Check the same model in the adjacent generation — size charts often match.
- Look at another colour of the same model, since stock differs by colour.
- Check the sets section: sometimes the piece you need is there.
- If the deadline is tight, say so — we will suggest a working alternative.
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Size missing in the colour you want | Check another colour or the adjacent generation |
| Missing across all colours | Write to us and we will check the production plan |
| Needed urgently | Pick an equivalent from current stock |
| You need a batch | Submit a bulk request with a size breakdown |
Why not to size up
Oversized trousers shift the whole system: the knee pads end up below the kneecap and stop working, the waistband rides up under gear, and the excess fabric gets in the way when you move. This is not about looks — the protection simply stops functioning.
An oversized jacket also holds heat less well, because there is too much air between your body and the fabric for your body to warm.
What we do not do
We do not make one-off garments to individual measurements for retail orders, and we do not quote a date «off the top of our head». If an item is not in the nearest production plan, our manager will tell you directly rather than asking you to wait indefinitely.
Frequently asked questions
What should I do if my size is out of stock?
Write to us with the item number and size. We will check availability in production and give a realistic date or suggest an alternative.
Does a missing size mean the model is discontinued?
No. The site reflects current warehouse stock, not the production plan.
Can I order a made-to-measure garment?
We do not offer individual tailoring for retail orders. Batches follow a separate process with a size breakdown.
Should I take a larger size instead?
No. In oversized trousers the knee pads sit below the knee, and an oversized jacket retains heat less effectively.
Will you tell me when my size is back?
Yes. Write to us and we will note your request and let you know when the item is available.
