For orders under $250, a flat shipping fee of $40 will apply.

Return Period

You can return any item purchased on uatac.shop within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Be in their original packaging
• Include manuals, receipt, and return authorization
• Be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Not be expired (for applicable products)

Only products purchased directly from the UATAC online store are eligible.
Products bought from other retailers must follow their own return policies.

UATAC Gen 5.7 combat pants are our flagship model, refined through six generations of updates based on continuous field testing in demanding conditions. Built to perform under maximum load, with improved pocket ergonomics for professionals who spend long hours working outdoors. Supplied as a complete set: pants, knee pads, belt and dry bag — everything you need out of the box.

Fabric and materials
Mid-range technical pants often begin to abrade, lose colour and open along the seams after two or three months of intensive wear. In Gen 5.7 this is solved at material level. The main fabric is 55% cotton, 45% polyester with Twill-Ripstop weave — pleasant to the touch and highly resistant to tearing and damage, so the fabric holds up under heavy load. Thanks to its good breathability it is well suited to summer and mid-season use. All seams are sewn with reinforced German thread that withstands repeated mechanical stress without separating.

Knee pads that stay in place
Removable knee pads in most technical trousers share one flaw: they shift when you move, slide when you run, and need constant readjustment. In Gen 5.7 the new-generation knee pads are held by a three-stage system. Height adjustment through the front pocket positions the pad exactly over the kneecap for your leg length. A VELCRO® fastening holds it in any body position. A dedicated hook-and-loop fastener prevents vertical displacement during dynamic movement. On the outside, the knee area is protected with CORDURA® 500d Brookwood® USA fabric — a recognised global standard for abrasion resistance that stands up to kneeling and crawling on concrete, gravel and other hard surfaces. The pads stay where you put them, so you can focus on the work rather than on your clothing.

Built for long service life
The seat area is the first place to wear through during long hours spent seated, kneeling or working in one position. In Gen 5.7 the seat is double-layered — a second layer of the main Twill-Ripstop fabric multiplies its service life exactly where wear is heaviest. Two ventilation zones, in the groin area and in the lower leg, offset the density of the construction and support thermoregulation during active movement. Enlarged stretch panels with a stretch factor of 1.5 give complete freedom when squatting, running and climbing — the pants move with the body rather than against it.

13 pockets — access in any position
Classic cargo pockets become almost unusable when you are seated in a vehicle: the flap is pinned by your thigh and you cannot reach inside without standing up. That is why each of the two large cargo pockets on the Gen 5.7 has a side YKK zipper for access while seated — you reach what you need in one movement, without changing position. The left cargo pocket has additional mesh compartments for a power bank and a multi-tool. The right has two mesh compartments for organising small items. Two front and two back pockets, two pockets with knee-pad height adjustment, two lower pockets for small items and a knife pocket on the right side — 13 pockets in total, each with a clear purpose.

Hardware without compromise
A broken zipper or a hook-and-loop fastener that has stopped holding is not just an inconvenience — it means losing access to your kit when you need it. All Gen 5.7 zippers are YKK (Japan), used as a reliability standard by leading technical apparel manufacturers worldwide. The hook-and-loop is original VELCRO®, which retains its holding properties even after prolonged use in dust and dirt. Two half-rings and a carabiner allow quick attachment of additional equipment.

What is included
Most manufacturers of premium technical trousers sell knee pads, belts and accessories separately, so the real cost of a complete set ends up significantly higher than the advertised price of the pants. The UATAC Gen 5.7 comes complete with pants, knee pads, belt and dry bag.

Care
Wash in cold or warm water up to 40°C on a gentle cycle. Where possible use detergents without aggressive components or colour enhancers. Do not dry at high temperatures, to prevent colour loss.
